We are pleased to announce that Joseph Wheeler will speak at the Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL)/McGill University Institute of Air and Space Law Ninth Annual Conference on International Aviation Law and Insurance conference, in Edinburgh, Scotland, on 20 May 2016.
The event, which will take place at Edinburgh’s Festival Centre, Castlehill, will bring together world leading aviation liability and insurance experts to address recent developments, comparative jurisprudence under the Warsaw system and Montréal Convention of 1999, jurisdiction and forum non conveniens, the liability of airlines, airports, lessors, manufacturers, maintenance providers, air navigation service providers, and challenges to settling claims.
Joseph Wheeler, will join a panel chaired by Alan Reitzfeld, from Holland & Knight (New York), and speak alongside Simon Balls, Kennedys (London), Robert Hedrick, Aviation Law Group (Seattle), and Anna Masutti, Lexjus Sinacta (Milan).
